1. 吊顶支架制作
测量天花板与混凝土距离,焊接上盘与下盘
Measure distance between ceiling and concrete, weld upper and lower plates

测量天花板与混凝土顶之间的高度,选用钢筋/钢管等材料将上盘(9孔)与下盘(4孔)焊接牢固。

使用膨胀螺栓将上板固定于混凝土顶部,下板与手术灯底座用螺丝连接。
Fix upper plate to concrete ceiling with expansion bolts. Connect lower plate to lamp base with screws.

水平调节:紧固调节螺丝,用水平尺校准至水平。

装饰盖开孔:下板直径30mm,装饰盖外径42mm,吊顶开孔应在30-42mm之间。

3. 摄像头接线

DC12V电源连接:适配器接摄像头DC12V输入端口,确认LED指示灯亮起。

3G-SDI视频线连接:使用75Ω同轴电缆(BNC接头)连接摄像头SDI OUT与显示器SDI IN。线缆推荐Belden 1694A,长度≤50m。

RS485控制线连接:双绞屏蔽线(A/B)连接摄像头RS485端子与显示器/控制器RS485接口,A接A,B接B。支持PELCO-D协议,波特率9600。
